•KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a readily available, service-focused, knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for new and existing personal market customers. Ensure that the customers’ banking needs are identified and fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively, while managing the risks associated with new accounts, mandates and specimen signatures. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

Develop sales plan aimed at achieving set targets
Interview all new customers and provide advice on appropriate products to meet individual needs.
Update interview register at the sales receptionist’s desk on completion of all interviews. (Record time interview completed and sign).
Open accounts on the system according to laid-down instructions.
Load limits and indicators according to laid-down instructions when opening accounts.
Prepare new mandates signature.
Order new ATM cards.
Order new cheque books.
Identify the need for specialist services.
Control call memo records according to laid-down procedures.

POSITIONS

•Transferring, amending and closing of accounts

Interview customers and obtain the necessary instructions/authority.
Process instructions according to laid-down procedures.
Prepare account holder records and new mandates, where applicable.
Ensure that funds in closed accounts are disposed of or overdraft recovered.
Complete Account Closed Notification Form 00010168 when closing accounts.
Retain cheque books and ATM cards for closed accounts, if necessary.

•Investment accounts

Take in renewal of fixed deposits.
Attend to early repayments.
Attend to all routine aspects of investment accounts according to laid-down policies and procedures.

Position: Financial Controller:

Qualification:

B.Sc/HND Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
ICAN membership is a must.MBA is an added advantage

Experience:

Must be proactive, possesses sound analytical leadership skills.
Proficient in accounting software.
Must have at least 10 years experience in production manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of accounting functions, budget and monthly accounting and financial report.
Enforcement of financial discipline through prudent allocation and management of resources.
Preparation of financial and business plan.
Establishing cost control measures.
Implementation of appropriate accounting processes.
Ensuring efficient operations of budgetary controls.
Preparations, implementation and review of budget.

Age: 45 – 50yrs

Position: Facility Manager:

Qualification:

B.Sc/HND in Estate Management;
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,
Building Tech. /Quantity Surveyor

Experience:

Minimum 5yrs experience in a similar position. Candidate must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensures that the maintenance, breakdown services and/or mechanical repairs of container handling cranes and RTGs are maintained in a cost effective manner, with consideration given to quality work and longevity of equipment.

Lubricates moving parts & conducts preventive maintenance service on all types of gantry crane equipment
Provides maintenance and repair services for container handling gantry cranes and RTGs.
Carries out mechanical maintenance repairs, fault finding and monitoring of equipment.
Ensures work conforms to safety rules and regulation.
Reads service manuals, analyzes & investigates mechanical faults.
Reconditions usable parts to minimize maintenance costs.
Determine cause of failure of mechanical components of crane equipment.
The key impact of these incumbents will be the maintenance of operational efficiencies in the terminal to ensure availability of equipment required for the execution of day to day operational activities.

YOUR PROFILE
B B.Eng/B.Sc/HND/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering from recognized institution. Any additional training in both mechanical/hydraulic fields in any heavy industries will be preferred.
Requires at least three to five years of experience in crane maintenance section in any ports, mines, steel and manufacturing plants, including specific knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and related subjects.
Requires specific technical knowledge in the maintenance and repair of quay cranes, rubber tyred gantry cranes & spreaders. http://www.ngrlatestjobs.blogspot.com
Must be able to replace/repair/adjust major mechanical/hydraulic parts such as brakes, wire-ropes, trolley, gantry wheels, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, couplings, and so forth.
Requires a good knowledge of repairs for cranes and RTGs & spreaders.
Requires ability to interpret mechanical/hydraulic diagrams, service & parts manuals.
